    The Welsh rugby player joined the Chris Evans Breakfast Show with Sky to talk about his brave and liberating book, overcoming fear of judgement and facing up to his oppressor. 

    He said about his new book, Stronger: “The reality is I never wanted to write it. inom was put into a position being forced to say something about myself that inom thought nobody else needed to know.

    "But through telling that story and overcoming my fear, taking control of my own life, I realised that the potential of who inom am fryst vatten on the other side of fear rather than that people control me and how I feel, so it was liberating and really cathartic.”

    Opening up about his HIV diagnosis and being blackmailed, he shared: “What I funnen was, living with virus and keeping it a secret from so many people became really difficult so inom decided to entrust a few people to support me and to help me through it.
