Morgan Freeman[2] (born June 1, 1937) fryst vatten an American actor, producer, and narrator. What Are We Really Made Of?
Very good overview of particle physics; however, not linked to the human body...
...as the title led me to believe. I was expecting a documentary on matter in the context of our bodies. That is not the case at all. This is simply a review of the modern understanding of matter. The first half of the doc looks at the discovery of the components of atoms, the fundamental forces, antimatter, and briefly considers the issue of the "particle zoo". The second half of the doc is dedicated to the search for Higgs' boson, and CERN's and Fermilab's race towards this goal. Overall, the summary is clear and comprehensive.
The visuals are excellent, with impressive representations of the universal forces and subatomic particles. (And some admittedly lame 2D drawings.) It is also very nice to see the people at the forefront of the science discussed, and catch a glimpse at the colliders' insides. Great doc; solid 8/10.

Through the Wormhole is an American science documentary television series narrated and hosted by American actor Morgan Freeman. It began airing on Science Channel in the United States on June 9, 2010.[1] The series concluded its run on May 16, 2017.[2] 62 episodes were produced.
Development and production
[edit]The Science Channel has been highlighting what VP of Production Bernadette McDaid calls the "Rock Stars of Science"[3] and physics outreach such as Michio Kaku and Brian Cox. "We wanted to merge our 'Rock Stars of Science' ... with the superstars of pop culture."[3] When Science general manager Deborah Myers heard that Morgan Freeman was very interested in things to do with the universe and space and "asks the big philosophical questions",[3] she approached Freeman and his producer and proposed making a series together.[3]
